01Before the first charge
Confirm the plan, price, interval, and first charge date at checkout. The current offer may include a 60-day trial for a user’s first workspace, subject to stated eligibility. It requires checkout with a payment method. Additional workspaces need their own subscription and do not restart the trial.
When a trial with authorized renewal ends, billing for the chosen plan begins unless you cancel beforehand. Rental payments between landlord and tenant are not included in the software trial.
02Canceling a subscription
Manage and cancel your subscription in Billing through the available billing portal. If you cannot sign in or encounter an error, email soporte@alquilaos.com with your email and workspace; you do not need to justify cancellation. Keep the confirmation and verify its effective date.
Unless the flow states another date, cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves access through the paid or trial period. Deleting the application, stopping use, archiving properties, or closing a Stripe account does not cancel a subscription. Data deletion is a separate process.
03When a refund applies
Unless an express offer or applicable legal right provides otherwise, properly authorized fees for periods already started are not refundable or prorated when you stop using the service. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, charges after an effective cancellation, and unauthorized charges. If we permanently remove an essential function during a prepaid period without a reasonable replacement, you may request an appropriate remedy, including a proportional refund where applicable.
Report a problem promptly; this does not shorten legal deadlines or bank dispute rights. Approved refunds are returned to the original method where possible, with timing determined by the provider and bank. This policy does not limit nonwaivable consumer rights or warranties.
04Rent and deposits
Refunds of rent, deposits, or other landlord charges are the landlord’s responsibility under the lease, law, and payment-provider rules. Canceling AlquilaOS does not cancel a debt or order a rent refund. See Payment services for those transactions.
