Acceptable use

Rules that protect people, properties, and the platform.

Effective September 8, 2026 · Revision 4

01Lawful management and fair treatment

Use AlquilaOS only for properties and relationships you have authority to manage. Do not provide false information, impersonate others, fabricate payments, alter evidence, impose unauthorized charges, or use the platform to defraud, threaten, or harass. Follow applicable fair housing, nondiscrimination, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.

Do not use protected attributes or proxies to exclude people from housing, deny required accommodations, or retaliate. AlquilaOS does not provide credit reports or automated tenant screening; do not represent its records or calculations as a credit evaluation or eligibility decision.

02Data, content, and messages

Provide only content you may lawfully use and share. Limit information to what management requires. Do not upload malware, sexual exploitation material, unlawful content, others’ secrets, full card numbers, security codes, passwords, Social Security numbers, government credentials, biometric identifiers, or classified information. Complete medical records or regulated health data requiring a specialized agreement we have not entered into are also prohibited. Do not use notifications for spam, unauthorized campaigns, or messages unrelated to the rental relationship.

Respect copyright and trademarks. To report infringement, email soporte@alquilaos.com with the work, precise content location, your relationship to its owner, and contact information. We may remove or restrict content after evaluating the request and preserve evidence where appropriate.

03Service integrity

Do not access other accounts, test passwords, bypass permissions, extract private information, intercept traffic, or overload the service. Do not automate bulk access or resell access without authorization. Do not test vulnerabilities against other people’s real data; report them privately and stop if testing could affect confidentiality, integrity, or availability.

We may rate-limit requests, restrict files, remove content, suspend functions, or terminate accounts according to severity and the Terms of service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a review request. We need not disclose details that facilitate abuse or compromise an investigation.
